Traveling Field Superintendent

Allegheny Millwork is seeking a Traveling Superintendent who will be responsible for all site operations on various custom millwork projects.
The prominent locations for this role will be in Las Vegas, Nashville, and Washington, D.
C.
Our site superintendents manage and coordinate all site-related items with customers, project managers, shipping dept.
, installers and various specialty sub-vendors.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Effectively reads and interprets architectural and millwork shop drawings.
Performs quality control to comply with project specs and AWI as required.
Represents Allegheny Millwork as our onsite safety coordinator.
Investigates and reports accidents, injuries and near-misses.
Attend daily/weekly site meetings as required.
Conducts field measurements and creates templates to ensure a correct, finished product.
Meets with subcontractors to track progress and ensure project is on schedule.
Will be responsible for multiple jobsites in various stages of completion.
Works well and communicates with field personnel and project management.
Ensures quality control of work on the job site.
Creates a pre-punch list and oversees the accurate completion of the project.
Coordinate GC/Owner punch list requirements with project management and subcontractors.
Maintains relationships with clients through communication and problem solving in order to meet all of their needs.
Possess the ability to analyze job site production and compare it to the project schedule while providing feedback to the project manager.
Recommended Skills Carpentry Problem Solving Project Management Quality Management Shop Drawing Subcontractors Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
